We apologise about the “PosMalaysia” Tracking system has down 2 days ago due the unknown reason.
We had been contact support team and they just said it’s “Technical Problem”.
Currently, we sorry to let you know you can’t tracking your parcel until the system get fixed.
Also, we got the several report from our customers about “the shipment not processing” and those order are placed between 30/09/2019 and 01/10/2019 with selected the “Air Parcel Services” method.
We will follow up this problem priority now.
