What’s Combine Shipping?
When you purchase something in a store, the seller will usually proceed with your orders to ship immediately. While at Museigen Hobby, you can choose to hold your orders until you’re happy with your purchase and get everything to ship in a single shipment.
It is designed to help you save the unnecessary shipping cost from getting every order shipped individually. It also help saves your time and effort on tracking and managing to receive every parcel on time.
How Do Combine Orders Work?
STEP 1
Shop as usual and select “Combine Shipping” as your shipping option to proceed to checkout.
STEP 2
With the option “Combine Shipping” selected, we will NOT proceed with your order any further until you’re ready to ship.
STEP 3
Enough buying and ready to ship your orders? Let us know by completing the Combine Orders Form.
STEP 4
Once we received your request, we’ll quote the necessary shipping fee in details via email within 1-3 working days.
STEP 5
Once you make a payment for the shipping, we’ll manage to ship out your order and update you with the tracking number.
Things You Might Want To Know
How long will you secured my orders? Does there a time/item limit?
There’s no time or item limit. You can have your purchased item(s) to hold as long as you want and we will not proceed with your orders to ship out until you let us know you’re ready to ship via the Combine Orders Form.
Which shipping method should I choose?
The best option would be the Express Shipping Service (***Highly Recommend SF Express ) but the shipping cost would be definitely higher than the Standard Shipping Services because their shipping fee is in a volumetric weight-based calculation.
If you’re not a rush, then the Standard Shipping Services (Ex: International Air Parcel Service or Surface Parcel Service) would be prefect for you. If you’ve selected the Standard Shipping Service, we’ll have your request noted and notify you once the service becomes available to proceed further.
Why there are "Temporarily Unavailable" shipping method to choose?
Since the outbreak of the global pandemic, our Standard Shipping Services (Ex: International Air Parcel, Surface Parcel Service) are suspending all international shipments from Malaysia so they’re temporarily unavailable.
The only way we could ship internationally is through the Express Shipping Services (Ex: SF Express and TNT Express) which usually take 5-8 working days to arrive.
How to combine my orders if I checkout as a guest on my 1st purchase and registered an account on my 2nd purchase?
If you’re using the same name and address to checkout on both purchases, simply email us your order numbers and clearly state your problem, we’ll migrate your “guest-checkout” item(s) into your registered account.
If you’re using a different name to either one of the purchase, simply email us with a proof of your purchase (Ex: Order confirmation email or a screenshot your invoice, etc.)
What if I combine pre-order/backorder items with the in-stock items?
Since pre-order/backorder items are not in stock so we’re unable to calculate the necessary shipping fee to proceed the request so we’ll have your combined orders request noted until your pre-ordered/backordered item(s) arrives to continued the process.
On the other hand, if you’d like to ship the in-stock items while the invoice included the pre-order item, simply leave us a message on how would you like to proceed with your order (Ex: Ship all in-stock items for now) and we’re always happy to proceed with your order as you wish.
What should I do if I wanted to change my mailing address for my combine orders?
Once you’ve submitted your Combine Orders Form, we’ll quote you the necessary shipping fee via email with a clear instructions on how to make a payment for the shipping. When you follow the instructions to make a payment, you’ll go through the same checkout process where you could change your mailing address from there. We always take the detail of the latest checkout invoice as our standard when managing your order to ship out.
What should I do if I've submitted my Combine Order Form but haven't receive any email in return?
Once you’ve submitted your Combine Orders Form, we’ll quote you the necessary shipping fee in detail via email within 1-3 working days. If you haven’t heard back from us, please first check your spam/junk/promotional folder in your email inbox.
If there’s no reply from us after 3 days of submitting the form, simply send us the form again since there might be a technical issue that prevented us from receiving your combine orders request.
Before Submitting Your Combine Orders Form
Additional Request Will Be Rejected
Once you’ve submitted the Combine Orders Form, we’ll started to proceed with the packaging and shipping cost calculation so any new request of adding new items to the packed combined orders will not be accepted. So, please take serious consideration before submit the form as you agreed to ship.
Restricted To Ship
If your order included items like paints, glue or powder, the only way we could ship these prohibited items is through the Surface Parcel Service (By Sea) which is temporarily unavailable due to the effect of Covid-19 so if you submitted the Combine Orders Form, we’ll hold your request until the service becomes available to proceed further.
