International Air Parcel & Surface Parcel Services Is Back To Operation!

Throwback to 30/3/2020 the transport system for International Air Parcel & Surface Parcel was broken down so most countries have been limited from this shipping method.

But the good news is that after 2 months of waiting, the International Air Parcel & the Surface Parcel is finally back to operation.

With the words from our friend who works closely with the courier service said…

However, even though it might take a bit more time than usual but it’s better than stopping everything.

Once we have your order proceed to shipment, we will send you your tracking number as soon as we possibly can.

International Shipment Got Rejected?!

The coming of COVID-19, Museigen Hobby hopes you are doing well, stay healthy, and take good care of yourself.

Today, we got rejected to ship out any orders with International Shipment from our partnered carrier service due to the impact of the global pandemic, COVID-19.

For all International Air Parcel and Surface Parcel are unavailable, except EMS (Express) for some countries like the announcement shows below:

This is an announcement published by our partnered courier service, Pos Malaysia.

In order to better keep our daily orders running smoothly, we will relaunch the EMS service with the updated shipping rates. Other than that, you can also choose to “Combine Order” to ship with any other orders when the shipment back to normal.

The Start Of 2020: SORRY!! WE MESSED UP!!

Recently, particularly over the past 10 days, we received ONE QUESTION over and over again via emails and Facebook Messenger from all over the world.

The question is, “When will you ship out my orders?”

If you’ve followed our Facebook Business Page where we constantly share the latest update of our new collections in our store and our daily process of shipping out orders, if you’re there you should know what had happened from time to time.

But we understand, everybody is busy and probably you’re not on Facebook often so we found it’s necessary to create a singular blog post like this to kinda explain what was going on over those period of time causing the delay of processing your orders.

20th January, the last day of pick-up and delivery any orders from our courier service POS MALAYSIA ( EMS / Air Parcel ) for the Chinese New Year Holiday and back to operation on 28th January. (Image Source: EasyParcel.com)

24th -26th January, we celebrate Chinese New Year.

27th – 28th January, the creator of Museigen Hobby, Nick is getting sick after all those happy holiday and since it’s a one-man business, no one could do what Nick usually do.

28th January, thanks to Panado. Nick is getting much better and start working on replying everyone’s emails and questions from Facebook Messenger and arrange orders to ship-out.

29th January, we work in progress like usual – packing and managing orders ship-out.

30th January, the odd is back… Boxes are running out during CNY Holiday! Dammit. (We ordered the boxes but no one reply since it’s a big holiday for Chinese, some will takes longer breaks)

Until 4th February, the boxes finally arrived… and so we can continues what we need to do.

Well… It truly not a fun story to tell but everything seems out the place over those days. Not even mentioned the shipping cost has been officially adjusted by the Pos Laju and we need to update our system, the shortage of Rage Nucleon from supplier and the heartbroken news of Kobe’s dead!

Mixed it all up!

We did messed things up and we are here to apologize for the delay and if there’s anything we didn’t do well… Please let us know and we will do our best to better our work to best serve you.
