Urgent Notice For United States Customer
First, I want to apologize to any shipping delay order since this few days we receive email from our customers asking for the delay of the shipment.
I’ve checked the updated from the tracking system, it shown this status:
I believe this is what you see as well when you track your order.When I checked, I found it only causing to the customers who using EMS Shipping from “United States” with the shipped out date 17/4/18.
I know It is pain for paid the Express shipping fee and didn’t get it within 3 -6 days.
We’ll do our best to find the solution toward fixing this issue and update all of you as soon as possible.
