If you’ve followed with our previous blog post, you’d know that we’ve decided to stop the International Shipment (Neither by Air or by Surface) for 2 weeks in order to better deliver your orders without increasing the worries of your parcel being held at the transit hub without any updates.
After a week (not even two), we found that our courier partner Pos Malaysia has started to manage and handle the majority of our previous parcels that has been held at the transit hub caused by the global pandemic to ship out.
Since the courier service is back to operation as usual, so does we! (I want you to get your parcel like you do)
So we started to arrange orders that has been held by us from the past week, to ship out in order – if this is you, you should have receive your tracking number in your email inbox.
But this is only available for some countries like images below:
